  - resources/grib2/noaa_fsd/fim.gribtable is a GRIB1 table.
  - FslLocalTables hacks it in as grib2, but is wrong or at least buggy. looks like i did it 8/1/2014.

    - FieldType column entry for record 151
  - Still missing the following parameters:
    - 0-1-192
    - 0-2-194
    - 0-2-195
    - 0-3-196
    - 0-7-192
