        "Description": "The Manado observatory is located near the equator in North Sulawesi, Indonesia (1.55N, 124.93E, 90m MSL). This site belongs to the Hydrometeorological ARray for Isv-Monsoon AUtomonitoring (HARIMAU) radar profiler network [Yamanaka et al., JDR, Vol.3, 78-88, 2008]. In this site, boundary layer radar (BLR) and automatic weather station (AWS) radar have been installed, and these instruments measure the equatorial atmospheric parameters in the lower troposphere.",
