      <Description>The Ulysses Catalog of Solar Hard X-Ray Flares is a comprehensive, 13-year dataset (1990–2003+) from the Solar X-ray/Cosmic Gamma-Ray Burst (GRB) instrument, covering solar flares with 15-150 keV hard X-ray spectra. Due to its unique, out-of-ecliptic orbit, the instrument provided stereoscopic observations of flares, including those hidden from Earth-orbiting satellites, allowing analysis of "thermal feed-through" and coronal components.
