        "Description": "The Southern Hemisphere Spherical Elementary Current Systems instrument is a virtual instrument representing the collection of ground magnetometer arrays used to derive spherical elementary currents over part of Antarctica at 10 s resolution. The SECS observatory consists of ground magnetometers from the Magnetosphere Ionosphere Science Team (MIST), British Antarctic Survey (BAS), GeoForschungsZentrum (GFZ) Neumayer, and the Automatic Geophysical Observatories (AGO) ground magnetometers. Ground magnetometers contributing to each SECS data file may vary from day to day depending upon data availability. As result, the SECS instrument is used as a proxy for the set of possible contributing ground magnetometers. Complete details on the magnetometer arrays at the Information URLs listed below.",
