Here and below N=1 or 2 to identify which of the two identical AT \n           telescopes is the source of the data, and YY indicates the two digit year corresponding to \n           the data in the subdirectory. \n           Each subdirectory contains daily ascii files with naming convention ucosatNrYYDOY.uly where \n           N and YY are as above, and DOY is the three digit day of year (Jan. 1 = 1).  \n           Each file contains nominally 1-minute averages of the COSPIN/AT spin-averaged and sectored\n           fluxes based on counting rates which respond primarily to protons and helium nuclei.  \n           Electron response is strongly suppressed by discriminator thresholds set on the 30 micron \n           thick front detector, D1, which is required to fire for all events registered by the counting \n           rates.  Times given are the center point of the nominal 10 minute averaging interval, and the \n           data entries are given in units of flux, (s cmsq sr MeV)^-1.  (NB.  MeV, not MeV/n.)  For\n           channels which respond to both protons and helium, the flux is computed using the energy range\n           appropriate for protons, normally the dominant species in the channel. \n           For each AT, the data are presented in the following format, where channels are named as in \n           Table 5 of Simpson et al. (1992) and the energy ranges are given in MeV (not MeV/n). \n           Energies listed are in the frame of the spacecraft.  In the range of energies measured by \n           the AT telescopes, the energy shifts resulting from convection of the nuclei by the \n           solar wind are significant, and for study of anisotropies in the solar wind frame, appropriate\n           corrections are necessary.  Telescope AT1 points at 60 degrees to the spacecraft spin axis \n           and telescope AT2 points at 145 degrees to the spacecraft spin axis.
